Hawaii...

Sorry it has been so long since I last posted! I have been busy. Ok so life has been crazy over the past couple of months...I mean when is it not, but especially the last month. Anyway, about a month ago my family and I took a trip to Hawaii. Now for those of you who are wondering we went to Kona, Hawaii. This is one of the main cities on the BIG Island of Hawaii. We had a great time. This is a picture of Cambria kissing Brynn..it was the night before we left...we finally took some family pictures. My parents have been planning on this trip for four years. Yes four years...first Jonathan went on his mission and then Matt...and their missions overlapped by six weeks...hence the four years. It was a great trip. We stayed in a house that didn't have any air conditioning...you would think that it wouldn't be a problem in Hawaii but let me tell you...it was stinkin' HOT!! Because of the added humity...it wasn't horrible but it wasn't my favorite either. The house also had some unusal house guests. Geckos..yes live ones crawling on the walls and ceilings. There were I think a total of 4 of them. Story time for a minute...one day I was holding Brynn and we were sitting on the couch and all of the sudden I felt something wet hit my shoulder...I look up and there is a geeko on the ceiling right above us...oh yeah the gecko peed on us. Fun stuff....gross!!! Anyway, we went snorkeling, saw the volcano, saw where the lava from the volcano went into the ocean (way awesome by the way), went shopping, hung out at the beach..just relaxed. It was a great trip. I would love to go back to Hawaii, but I think I want to go to a different island..next time...here are some more pictures from our trip.
