This is what Aunts are for...

So while Becca was off having this little one.... The girls and I had some fun of our own!
Squeakers and I...I swear she really is smiling...!
We played dress up with Becca's veil from her wedding...Squeakers having fun.

Grandma helping out. :-)

Bubbles turn with the veil.

Playing with Aunt Sharon's make-up before church is so much fun!

She did her make-up all by herself!

Notice the blue eye-shadow under her nose....yes all by herself! Doesn't she look great?

The night before...taking a bubble bath in Grandpa and Grandma's jet tub.

He Has Arrived!

My older sister, Rebecca, had her baby boy on March 7, 2009 at 6:20 pm, weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces, 20 inches long. He has brown hair and blue eyes like Squeakers. He is beautiful!! It's so much fun being an anut! Well, Rebecca had Handsome two weeks early (see her blog as to why) and so the baby shower we had all planned for that was supposed to be before he arrived turned out to be after he arrived. So much for careful planning. But it was fun anyway, turns out that baby showers in my opinion are much more fun when the baby is actually there! I say we have all baby showers that way. And I totally agree with Ashlee....I HATE SHOWER GAMES!!! And so without further rambling here is my little Handsome man!! And some baby shower pictures! Enjoy!

The day after he was born.

Proud Aunt!

Isn't he just ADORABLE?!?!?!?!

The Diaper Cake that Gwen made. It turned out fantasitic!

Life's Little Gifts

So yesterday I had to go and pick up my brother, Nathan, at the dentist. So I was driving along and along the way there is this big church on a corner and next to this church there is this huge open empty field. And normally this field is of no consequence but yesterday life wanted to cheer me up. As I drove by this field I notice that there is a man walking through it, dressed in jeans, red shirt..no big deal right? Well, like I said life wanted to cheer me up. The man was carring bag pipes! And he was playing them! I couldn't believe it, a man just walking along in the middle of nowhere just playing the bag pipes. I laughed out loud the rest of the way to the dentist!
